The theme for Our Sustainable Future 2025 was water. The brief was to promote the importance of water in connection with the Sustainable Development Goals.
Clean water is essential for maintaining healthy ecosystems and biodiversity. Polluted water can harm oceans, disrupt ecosystems, and degrade quality of life for both humans and wildlife. Protecting clean water sources is crucial for environmental sustainability and the preservation of natural resources.
The poster aims to highlight the fact that there are almost more different types of waste in our oceans than animals. The poster raises the question of whether this is the “biodiversity” we want?
